This course is a powerful reflection on presence, embodiment, and the sacred being found not in ritual or form, but in the immediacy of life — and especially in the breath. In a world of constant stress and disconnection, our natural breathing rhythm becomes restricted, interrupted, and unfamiliar — yet this rhythm is the foundation of physical health, emotional regulation, and spiritual clarity. In this course, you'll learn to understand the breath not just as respiration, but as a vital key to unlocking better bodily function, mental and emotional balance, and spiritual grounding.

Part 1: Open Your Breath — Your Body Remembers The Way (90 Minutes)

We begin by looking at how modern life interrupts our breath — and how we can restore it. Then, through guided practice and personalized coaching, you'll reawaken your body’s innate wave-like rhythm of tension and release, learning to feel and trust your own breath as a source of nourishment and wisdom. Learn how breath shapes the foundation healthy physiological function. You’ll learn why “rewilding” your breath matters for your current health, quality of life, and longevity. After this first session, you will begin to feel a more spacious, efficient breath land and take root in your tissues. This is the groundwork for both deeper vitality and ease in everyday life. (This class is a little longer to allow time for a full breath practice and Q/A)

Part 2: Breath as Medicine – Supporting Your Psyche (1 hour)

This session dives into the powerfully subtle effects of breath on your emotions and mental wellness. We’ll explore how breathing patterns influence your psyche — not just conceptually, but as something you can directly feel and shift. You’ll learn to soften internal tension, allow emotions to move, and support your nervous system with tools you can return to again and again. This part of the journey anchors the breath as a tool for healing, presence, aligned action, and embodied growth.

Part 3: Sacred Integration – If You Don’t Practice, It Won’t Just Happen (90 Minutes)

In our final session, we integrate all that’s been learned. You’ll come away with a grounded practice you can carry into daily life — breath as your anchor through stress, change, and everyday transitions. We’ll reflect on the changes you may have experienced over the course, and also explore the spiritual dimension of breath: awakening the sacred feminine through trust, vocal expression, and a sacred mantra practice. This final practice of inhaling deeply and exhaling with sacred sounds resonating in the body, mind, and spirit. Here, breath becomes more than practice — it becomes a devotional rhythm, reconnecting you with your body, the Earth, and the wholeness you already carry within.
