Then, through guided practice and personalized coaching, you'll reawaken your body’s innate wave-like rhythm of tension and release, learning to feel and trust your own breath as a source of nourishment and wisdom. Learn how breath shapes the foundation healthy physiological function. You’ll learn why “rewilding” your breath matters for your current health, quality of life, and longevity. After this first session, you will begin to feel a more spacious, efficient breath land and take root in your tissues. This is the groundwork for both deeper vitality and ease in everyday life. (This class is a little longer to allow time for a full breath practice and Q/A)
