Indwell Classes Online:
I offer weekly online movement classes that are curated to expand your connection to your bodymind. My classes are infused with over 20 years dance experience, 500+ hours yoga teacher trainings, being a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, breathwork training, and my own practice of embodiment through classes, rituals, rhythms, and mentorship. All of my classes are trauma-informed and accessible for all body sizes, abilities, and movement experience. I believe that your body is the wisest thing about you, and my classes are a place to learn from your body and the other bodies in our community as we engage individual and collective liberation practices.
